A superior B&B!
A superior bed and breakfast which has well appointed, beautifully furnished rooms and large,comfortable beds.The atmosphere is very welcoming and the hosts do all they can to make your stay a good one. Breakfast is very good and the menu is wide, catering for veggies as well as meat eaters! The location is in a quiet residential area within a 20 min walk to Chester and there is free off road parking. I would highly recommend Brooklands and would definitely stay again.

a very friendly B & B. Excellent breakfast with a good choice, clean and comfortable bedroom. Within easy reach of the city and zoo. We left the car in the forecourt and used the bus, the bus stop a few yards away buses are frequent.

Wonderful weekend”
Very clean,It is a fantastic place to stay.We were made very welcome on our arrival with a very nice coffee. The room was great, every thing you needed. Lovely place to stay
Excellent place to stay in Chester. Handy for transport in city centre and the zoo. Friendly staff with good local knowledge of places to visit with young children etc. Special diet needs catered for. The best service I have had anywhere. The whole place was very clean with great sized rooms and beds

A Pleasent Surprise in Chester
Having never been to Chester before, we decided that the Chester Brooklands B+B would be an ideal base for exploring this magnificent city. From the minute we checked in, both Remina and Mark made us very welcome and issued excellent directions and recommendations for our first venture into Chester. Throughout our stay Mark was a constant source of informative suggestions, as was his thoroughly detailed information pack, especially his comments on a real ale trail within the city. Would we come back, certainly. Wold we recommend Mark and Remina, as the ideal hosts, yes we would !

I only stayed for one night but was warmly welcomed from the minute I knocked the door. It was a beautiful guest house, spotlessly clean, and a real pleasure to stay in. The owners couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast was lovely and the homemade gluten free bread was a vast improvement on the commercial GF bread. Well done! The free parking is a huge bonus although I wouldn't personally call it easy walking distance to the centre, but younger people may well do so. The only thing that will stop me returning is, being a widow, the price for a person on their own is pretty steep. Shame.

Perfect package
A very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, bright and comfortable. Personally for me it is the breakfast that is the most important aspect, and I was not disappointed, the variety of choice was only surpassed by the quality. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would hope to be able to stay next time I am in Chester. A perfect 2 night.

Fantastic
i spent a total of 5 weeks at the Chester Brooklands. Mark and Marena are fantastic hosts, always a welcoming smile and time for a chat. The B&B was superb, large room, spotlessly clean perfect every time. Breakfast was brilliant and i was working early every day which meant Mark and Marena were up earlier than usual just to make sure i had a full English every morning. The best B&B by far in Chester. Thankyou so much and i hope to see you again in the near future.

Lovely nights stay
Stayed here on the 20th march this year after a day at Chester Zoo. The staff were very friendly right from the start. They offered to get us cheap tickets for the zoo and were more than happy to recommend laces to eat on the city centre as we has never been to Chester previously. Rooms were clean and we were given a huge super king size bed which was great! Breakfast was nice and on time! Highly recommend staying here everyone!

Great Visit
The entire experience here was fantastic. The room was beautiful and I felt very high class getting to sleep in it. The B&B is within an easy walking distance of the city centre, which was nice and if you don't want to walk, there is a bus stop really close by. The owners were very nice and knowledgeable and also had lots of discounts available for things to see. The breakfast was delicious and was a great way to fuel up to start the day. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit the area.

My wife and I stayed only one night and were very impressed with this B/B, starting with a lovely welcome from the owners and a a pot of tea.Our room was very pleasant with a large comfortable bed,nice toilet and shower,(soap shampoo and conditioner supplied. Tea coffee and hot chocolate drinks making facilities were available,as were the courtesy biscuits. All the room was spotless especially the toilets.Breakfast was great with a good menu, Position was easy to find and reasonably central to town. Owners were very at tentative and a mine off useful local information. We would certainly stay here again if visiting, lastly great value for money.

Chester Brooklands B&B was very accommodating. Fantastic room (Superior room) which was very clean and had everything you could ask for. Ideally located for a short walk into town and a very short drive to the zoo. The owners were extremely nice and couldn't do enough to help you. Would definitely stay again if I went to Chester.

we enjoyed the stay even though we were only there for 1 night. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the owner gave us lots of advice and places to go. It is a short walk into the city centre so we were able to leave the car and not worry about city parking. We will definatley be returning.

We regard ourselves as extremely fortunate to have selected Chester Brookslands for our stay in Chester. We received a warm and informative welcome. The hotel is extremely clean and has very good facilities. The rooms are of an excellent standard and the breakfast was exceptional giving you a wide choice to select from. The hotel is conveniently located with only a short walk into the heart of Chester (approx 15 mins) and if you feel less energetic you can always take bus which can be picked up only a very short distance from the hotel. In our opinion, and we do not say this lightly, this Hotel is a credit to its industry and would recommend it to any family and friends choosing a stay in Chester.
