Please be advised that we are Green as we have Solar Panels on the roof of our property.

Towels are provided and are changed every two days.

Our key system is a MASTER system meaning your 1 key will fit the front door and ONLY your bedroom door.

PLEASE NOTE - All our rooms have luggage racks for storage, fitted as standard.

  • 4 inch step into porch then 7 inch step through front door into hallway

  • There are no ground floor bedrooms
  • English, Polish and Tagalog spoken fluently
  • All stair steps measure 7 inches in height. 13 steps to semi landing measuring 36 inches by 79 inches then a further 7 steps to 1st floor landing. 10 steps to semi landing measuring 36 inches by 79 inches then a further 5 steps to 2nd floor landing
  • All landing areas are well lit and are equipped with emergency lighting, detectors and fire bells
  • Sockets in all bedrooms are just above skirting board level
  • Car Parking is provided on one car park space per room booked maximum. We have 4 rooms and 4 car park bays.
