If you cancel or modify this reservation more than 7 days (168 hours) before arrival you will not be charged.
If you cancel or modify this reservation less than 7 days (168 hours) before arrival you will be charged the total cost for the room(s) modified or cancelled.
In the event that you modify your reservation where it initially includes a Saturday night stay then a 50% surcharge will apply to the remaining value of the reservation as well as the terms stated in our terms and conditions stated above.
Upon arrival we do need to see the credit or debit card used to make this reservation

Please be advised that your card used to secure this booking will be pre authorised atleast 48 hours prior to arrival. This validates the card and ringfences the total cost of the bill prior to your arrival without taking the payment from you. We will need you to present the card used for payment at check-in time please when we will complete this transaction. In the event of your card declining then your reservation will revert to none confirmed (we will try calling you and emailling you) and the room can be made available to other potential visitors by us.
